Elliott Jacobson

Elliott has over 35 years of public accounting experience and has served a wide range of clients from Canadian corporations to multinational organizations. He led the public company audit practice for Mintz & Partners LLP (a major regional accounting firm) from 1989 to 2008. In 2008, Deloitte & Touche acquired the public auditing practice of Mintz & Partners, and Elliott continued to lead the audit practice for entrepreneurial public companies in the Greater Toronto Area for Deloitte. In 2010, Elliott retired from the partnership of Deloitte.

Elliott is a graduate (September 2010) of the Director's Education Program sponsored by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD, Canada). He obtained his ICD.D designation in October 2010 and was named a Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario) in 2013.
