Diane Gaudon

Diane specializes in GST, HST, QST and PST training and consultation for businesses of all sizes. Over the past 25 years as a professional accountant, she has gained extensive accounting and taxation expertise spanning many industries from manufacturing, construction and food production.

For over 10 years, Diane has been advising and training both Canadian and foreign companies on federal and provincial sales tax matters. She has been a contributor to both CCH Canadian and Carswell commodity tax related publications.

She also frequently presents commodity tax related material to many professional organizations. In addition, she has conducted many training workshops for clients.

Diane became a fellow of legacy CGA in 2011. In 2012, she received the Ontario Distinguished Service Award for her dedication to assist the membership and the public at large with GST and HST matters.

Currently, Diane has her own practice providing sales tax training and advisory services to practitioners and businesses of all sizes.
