Deborah is a Director in KPMG's Advisory practice and leads People and Change team for the BC Market. Deborah has over 18 years of Canadian and international management consulting experience through technology enabled business transformations in the public sector, higher education, industrial and chemicals distribution, energy, and oil and gas. Deborah's specialty is change management, employee readiness, organization design and project management.

Deborah's focus is partnering with HR and business leaders to prepare for business transformation and improving the employee experience.
