David Bunn

David is a partner in Deloitte’s Toronto office. He advises Canadian and foreign-based multinationals on a wide variety of cross-border tax issues, including financing transactions, corporate reorganizations, changes in business models, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing operational transactions. David is a frequent speaker and author on international tax issues. He is also a member of the Joint Committee on Taxation of the Canadian Bar Association and CPA Canada, and a Council Member of the International Fiscal Association (Canadian Branch).
