Dan Wesley

Dan Wesley is Workday’s Chief Technology Officer - North America. In this role Dan is responsible for articulating Workday’s architecture, technology and platform initiatives and has over 30 years of deep system architecture experience that spans database, OLAP, dimensional analysis, capacity/performance planning, network configuration and protection, security, disaster recovery and highly available infrastructure design.

Dan has deep ERP solution experience gained during his time at Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and ATT Global Hosting. Recently he was a Senior Architect and Security Risk Officer for an Andreessen Horowitz start-up (Tidemark) that offered a Multi-tenant SaaS EPM solution that utilized Big Data, Micro-service, Machine Learning and In-memory Grids for a next generation EPM Budgeting and Planning tool. During his time at Workday, Dan supported the Chief Trust Office in conveying Security and Global Data Privacy concerns to prospective customers.
