Dan Misutka

Dan practices tax law with a focus on tax litigation and tax dispute resolution. He has experience successfully advocating for clients in virtually all areas of tax law. He represents individuals and businesses and focuses on bringing about a meaningful resolution of tax controversies at the earliest possible opportunity. He has over 26 years’ experience as a litigator and has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court and all levels of Courts in Alberta. He also has previous experience acting as counsel on behalf of the Minister of National Revenue and as federal prosecutions counsel. He is a regular speaker on tax dispute matters.
