Christoph Clodius

Since joining KCI over eight years ago, Christoph has led a variety of senior leadership assignments across all sectors and geographies. As a trusted advisor and experienced search leader, clients and candidates alike value Christoph’s strategic thinking, ability to attract strong candidates, client-service focus, and honesty in sharing advice and feedback.

Prior to joining KCI, Christoph spent nearly a dozen years in leadership roles with both post-secondary education and health/social service organizations. The majority of Christoph’s career has been spent with the University of British Columbia. Christoph served for three years as the Director of Development at UBC’s Faculty of Forestry, and in other leadership roles for UBC’s Faculty of Arts and the Sauder School of Business.  Prior to working with the Faculty of Forestry, Christoph was Director of Development at the BC Paraplegic Association, an organization providing quality of life services for people with life-changing physical disabilities. Christoph’s earlier professional experience includes working with the United Way of the Lower Mainland and with the Government of Canada.
