Christine McGinley

Christine has more than 25 years of senior management experience, specializing in the areas of operations, technology and finance.  Prior to her retirement, Christine was Senior Vice President, Operations of Canwest Broadcasting.  Christine is an experienced corporate director and currently serves on the following boards; Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Alberta Blue Cross, Director and Vice Chair of Blue Cross Life, Trustee and Chair of the Investment Committee, and member of the Audit committee for Northview Apartment REIT (NVU-UN-T), Director and member of the Audit and CNG Committees for Mullen Group (MTL-T), and Director and Audit Chair for DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (DRT-T).

 

Christine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a member of the Canadian and Alberta Chartered Professional Accountants, and an ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors in Toronto, Ontario.
