Charlie Pettypiece

Charlie is Senior Investigation Counsel in the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). Charlie’s practice focuses on investigating and prosecuting violations of the Ontario Securities Act. Charlie is involved in a wide range of investigations, including matters relating to crypto assets, unregistered trading and fraud.

Prior to his role at the OSC, Charlie had a civil litigation practice concentrating on corporate and commercial issues where he appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Divisional Court.
