Cathy is an FCPA, FCA and the founding Managing Director of the Toronto office of Stanton Chase, a leading global Top Ten executive search firm. Cathy partners with clients ranging from global publicly-traded companies to mid-market and private equity portfolio companies, working as a trusted advisor recruiting leaders for Board, C-Suite and strategic leadership roles.

Cathy is Global Leader of the Stanton Chase CFO & Financial Executives Practice and also plays a leadership role in the  firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Practice. She  sits on the Global Board of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC), the Steering Committee of the 30% Club Canada and several not-for-profit boards.
