Bruno Godin

Bruno is a Partner and National Leader of the US corporate tax practice in Canada at Grant Thornton. He has 15 years of experience in providing U.S. and cross border tax services to both private and public companies. This includes federal and state tax compliance, structuring U.S. expansions, permanent establishment and nexus studies, U.S. acquisition and structure planning, U.S. capital structure planning, U.S. tax minimization planning, as well as audit deference.

His industry focuses are aquaculture, seafood processing, manufacturing, technology, distribution, real estate, transportation, financial services and professional services.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Bruno developed experience from working for large multinational companies where he oversaw the completion of complex U.S. tax provisions and tax returns. The knowledge gained from these positions enables him to put himself in his client's shoes, allowing him to provide services at a level above the rest.
