Bruce Weatherdon
Bruce is a partner in the Canadian Energy and Natural Resources corporate income tax practice at KPMG. He has extensive experience advising energy and energy service companies operating in Canada and internationally on taxation matters. During his 15 years of tax experience, he has advised on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, internal restructuring, tax minimization planning and accounting matters.
Bruce has been a lecturer and instructor at numerous industry and tax events, including the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society’s Oil and Gas Taxation course, and as an instructor at Level II and Level III of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada)
