Anne-Marie Henson

Anne-Marie is a partner in BDO's downtown Montreal office, with over 12 years of professional experience providing assurance, accounting and consulting services to both private and public companies.

Anne-Marie has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, mining, manufacturing, construction, financial services, consumer business and pharmaceutical. She has participated in mandates involving audits, review engagements, notices to reader, advisory services as well as litigations involving class action lawsuits. She has successfully assisted clients with complex accounting issues, providing advice regarding the transition and auditing according to new accounting frameworks, most notably International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

She has also taken on the role of east group technical leader, where she provides assistance and guidance to her peers in regard to complex accounting and audit issues, as well as training her peers and clients on new and upcoming standards, and the potential significant impact on their financial reporting requirements.

Anne-Marie is involved in the community through her role as treasurer of the Tyndale-St. George Foundation.
