Andrew Hanff

Andrew Hanff is a Montreal-based Partner in the financial services practice of Roland Berger, a global management consultancy. Andrew primarily serves retail and commercial banks, investment managers, payment solutions providers and fintechs.  His core practice areas include corporate and BU strategy, market entry analysis and design, sales and operations performance improvement, and organizational transformation.

Mr. Hanff's project work in Canada, the US and Europe is often at the intersection of business and technology.  He has led multiple digitalization and data -focused projects, as well as opportunity and readiness assessments linked to disruptive technology's enablement of value propositions.  He is a frequent public speaker covering a diversity of financial industry subjects.


Andrew holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University in Canada and a Master of Business Administration (Honours) from INSEAD in France. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.  Andrew also serves on the Board of the Canadian INSEAD Foundation, a non-profit entity dedicated to the promotion of international business education for Canadians.
