For more than 25 years, Andrea has been helping organizations adopt new ways of working. Her global expertise includes strategic real estate portfolio advisory, workplace strategy, change management, training, research, and leadership.  

She has an in-depth knowledge of the corporate sector and is considered a Subject Matter Expert in Organizational Strategy, Workplace Strategy and Change Management. She is a sought-after speaker on topics that leverage innovation in the workplace through employee experience. Having worked for a Canadian financial institution as well as serving many years on the service provider side, Andrea takes a very thorough approach with each client challenge, taking complex problems and translating them into manageable and achievable solutions, recognizing the inherent risks and roadblocks that frequently get in the way of the project schedule.

Andrea has an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Strategy, is a guest faculty member for the Australian Institute of Business in Adelaide, AUS, is a full-time volunteer faculty member for CoreNet Global, teaches MCR designation courses across North America and is a recipient of the Top Faculty Award for the past 5 years. Andrea also is an active member of NAIOP, currently serving as Chair of the REX Awards Committee.
