This in-residence course (formerly Income Tax Practice) provides a sound understanding of the Income Tax Act, an appreciation of the critical issues in current legislation and major changes proposed for the future.

This in-residence course provides a sound overview of the Income Tax Act and highlights critical tax issues that general practitioners commonly face. Improve your ability and gain a better appreciation of tax-planning techniques and how to identify tax problems. You will also cover the CRA’s current administrative practices and positions.

NOTE: Some preparatory work will be required, including online studies and reading prior to classroom sessions.
