Wendy is passionate about workplace resilience and engagement. Her many years in financial services taught her about the challenges of working in fast-paced, high stress, complex environments. By focusing on Emotional Intelligence, mindfulness and neuroscience, she brings greater well-being and focus into the workplace.

She is the founder and principal of Watershed Training Solutions, a dynamic company empowering teams and leaders to create greater success, wellbeing and engagement at work.

Wendy brings over a decade of corporate training, coaching and consulting experience in productivity, leadership and work-life integration throughout North America. Her clients include top organizations such as Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson and TD Bank.

Prior to Watershed, Wendy worked for leading Bay Street companies such as Dynamic Mutual Funds, Richardson Greenshields and RBC Dominion Securities. She has her BA (Honours) in Psychology, an MBA, a Certificate in Adult Education, a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness Meditation and a licence in Emotional Intelligence [MHS]. Wendy is also currently pursuing her coaching certification through Coaches Training Institute.

Her most recent articles: Meditating at Work: A New Approach to Managing Overload and Mindfulness @Work: Reduce Stress, Increase Focus & Improve Results were published in Rotman Management, the Rotman School of Management magazine, and she is also the co-author of 365 Days of Gratitude.

Wendy is also a member of the International Coach Federation.
