Steven Glover

Steven Glover served as the Chief Financial Officer, Clearview Resources Ltd., a Calgary based junior oil and gas company. Mr. Glover has served in similar roles in the past with Western Plains Petroleum Ltd., Eagle Rock Exploration Ltd. and Valiant Energy Inc. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. He is a current Director of Genesis Land Development Corp and the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada. He also served as a Director of Travel Alberta (an Alberta crown corporation) and the Canadian Public Accountability Board. His extensive board and governance experience includes chairing the Audit Committees for the Caritas Health Group, the Edmonton Community Foundation, Travel Alberta and Genesis Land Development Corp, and CPA Canada’s Corporate Performance Reporting Board.

Mr. Glover is a Fellow of the Alberta Chartered Professional Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Alberta.
