Rob Prowse

Rob is an adjunct professor of organizational behaviour and human resources at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Rob has a specific interest in the millennial generation and the value they bring to organizations as an emerging force in the workplace and society. Outside of his teaching endeavours, Rob also works with local, national and global organizations through his private consulting practice, where he focuses on organizational effectiveness, efficiency strategies and people development strategies.
