Richard Yeghiayan

Richard Yeghiayan is a partner with many years of experience in several industries ranging from small startup venture capital companies to large multinational public companies. He has extensive experience supporting clients in strategic transactions, including public offerings, technology licensing, R&D collaborations and acquisitions. Richard is also part of a team of professionals dedicated to understanding client needs, monitoring industry trends and business drivers, and networking and educating professionals who serve knowledge-based clients globally. Over the years, he has gained in-depth knowledge of many industry-specific accounting and business issues in IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE. Richard has also worked with large multinational companies registered with the Securities Exchange Commission in the United States, where he was responsible for audits to issue an opinion on financial statements and internal controls as required by Sarbanes Oxley.
