Kayla Macfarlane

Kayla is a full-time assistant professor at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Prior to pursuing education on a full-time basis, Kayla worked in public practice, specifically in the IFRS Center of Excellence. Her role included the development of case-based curriculum, preparing training materials, writing publications, and providing accounting support to audit practitioners at the firm. Kayla was also involved in the development of the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) and continues to provide training and mentoring for new facilitators in PEP.
