Jerome Dwight

Jerome Dwight is an award-winning entrepreneur, growth executive and recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 award. He is currently chairman and CEO of BoomerangFX, the global SaaS based technology organization he co-founded serving the private pay health-care sector.
Dwight was previously CEO of Bank of New York Mellon Canada, a post he held during the 2008 financial crisis, during which time he was special adviser to the Canadian minister of finance with responsibility for overseeing $80 billion in economic stimulus funding.
Dwight holds designations as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Public Accountant (CPA, CA) along with an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business. Dwight is an internationally recognized speaker and commentator on digital transformation and cross-cultural leadership.
