Grant Mosby, CPA, CA, is the Controller for the Community Land Trust Group of Societies, which is a non-profit, social-purpose real estate developer and asset steward located in Vancouver. He is committed to making a difference in the housing sector through the acquisition, creation, and preservation of affordable housing. Prior to joining the Community Land Trust, Grant was the Director of Finance at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, which is the largest social charity in British Columbia and the largest provider of child care in Western Canada.
Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from UBC and a Diploma in Accounting from the Sauder School of Business.
