Diana Chant

Diana currently serves as a corporate director, both as a board member and as chair of audit committees. She is on the board of Canadian Tire Corporation, ICBC (Canada) and The Corporation of Roy Thomson Hall and Massey Hall Foundation. She is also a member of the investment committee that oversees the PwC Income Security Program.

Previous board experience includes The Corporation of Roy Thomson Hall and Massey Hall, National Ballet of Canada, National Ballet Foundation and the Empire Club of Canada. She also has more than 30 years of experience providing professional services to Canadian financial institutions and major corporations in a consulting capacity, and prior to that, in an audit capacity. She is a fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

Diana retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she was responsible for leading and growing PwC’s Financial Services Risk Management Consulting practice and was a member of the Canadian firm’s management team. Prior to that, she was responsible for PwC’s Financial Services Industry Practice.
