Chris White

Chris is a senior manager in PwC’s Canadian Tax Reporting and Strategy practice. He has more than 18 years’ local Canadian, Australian and other international experience in advising clients on optimizing their direct and indirect tax reporting and compliance processes as well as transforming their tax functions to best balance their use of strategy, people, processes and technology.

Chris has provided advice and assistance in relation to the implementation of global tax reporting and compliance software for large multi-national organizations, including recommendations on improvements to processes to increase efficiency and optimize resource requirements. His experience includes tax function design and assessment, application of tax corporate governance and risk management frameworks, process improvement and tax technology implementations.

He was also a contributor to PwC’s Tax Function of the Future thought leadership pieces, “Unlocking the power of data and analytics: Redesign, redefine and redeploy tax to be a strategic business asset” and “Enhancing Tax Process Management and Controls – Workflow, Document Management and Collaboration.”
