Arlene has a proven ability to direct ground-up and large renovations projects, overseeing multiple multi-million-dollar projects simultaneously. She is adept at due diligence, working closely with diverse teams from brokerage teams to c-suite stakeholders. She is also experienced in budget preparation and maintenance, scheduling, value engineering, client management, vendor negotiations, and compliance. Her strongest role is as the coordinator and liaison with brokerage, design, and construction professionals, local and federal officials, clients, and senior management.
