Elected government representatives: Request a financial literacy session

Help your constituents and others with our financial literacy sessions.

As an elected government representative, Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) would appreciate the opportunity to partner with you to address a significant social issue — financial literacy.

Through our national award-winning Financial Literacy Program, we are reaching out to help Canadians of all ages make more informed financial decisions. We would like to bring our program to you to help your constituents and others.

CPA Canada is committed to delivering unbiased, objective financial education and information to improve the overall state of financial literacy in Canada. More than 11,000 professional accountants are registered, trained, and prepared to conduct free financial seminars in communities across the country.

Our face-to-face sessions provide practical direct education to the following targeted audiences:

We would be pleased to connect you with one of our professional members to arrange for a financial literacy session to be delivered in your riding or anywhere that’s convenient for you.

We will provide the CPA volunteer to deliver the presentation and the material. As the host of the event, and all you would need to do is contact interested constituents and arrange for a location that meets your needs. The best results are achieved with groups of 15 to 50 participants. The session would be a positive and valuable experience for your constituents and others.

To request a session, please complete the Session Request Form for elected government representatives.
