Terry LeBlanc, CPA Canada board member

As vice-chair of the CPA Canada Board of Directors, Terry LeBlanc helps CPA Canada achieve our key objectives, and provides direction for governance and management.

Biography

Terry is the vice-chair of the CPA Canada Board of Directors.

He joined the board in December 2013, and has served as both a member (2013-2015) and vice-chair (2015-present).

In 2010, he retired from his role as an executive with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) (1977-2010). Throughout his career with the CRA, Terry held various senior management positions, including:

  • assistant director investigations
  • assistant director audit
  • tax services office director
  • director intergovernmental relations (account executive for Atlantic region)
  • special advisor to the assistant commissioner

Terry’s board experience includes serving as a director and chair of CGA-Canada, several chapter boards and as chair of CGA-New Brunswick’s board, as well as serving on the CGA Maritime Region Student Services board.
