Biography

Tamara joined the CPA Canada Board of Directors in September 2018.

She has more than 22 years’ experience as a professional accountant and is now the chief financial officer at Exchange Income Corporation, a multi-national publicly listed company with businesses in the aviation, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Prior to that, she spent 19 years with Deloitte serving clients in the insurance, banking, asset management and manufacturing industries in both Canada and the United States.

Tamara has had extensive experience dealing with multinational public companies in the financial services and manufacturing sectors. Her experience also includes providing acquisition advisory services to private equity firms and financial institutions.

Tamara is currently a member of Manitoba Public Insurance's Board of Directors. Previously, she was a professional development program instructor at CPA Manitoba and served on various boards and committees, including the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, and the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada.
