BIOGRAPHY

Rod joined the CPA Canada Board of Directors in January 2013.

He is an associate with Praxis Consulting, a Saskatchewan-based strategy and research firm.

Rod has extensive experience in change management and performance management for both private and government sectors.

Prior to joining Praxis in 2012, Rod served as vice-president of corporate services and chief financial officer with the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (2007-2012). Other management positions include: senior finance executive director at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health (1997-2007) and controller for Wascana Energy Inc., (1976-1997).

In addition to his role on the CPA Canada Board of Directors, Rod is also vice chair of the CMA Canada National Board of Directors and a member of the Regina Civic Pension Plan.
