Kevin Regan, CPA Canada board member

As a member of the CPA Canada Board of Directors, Kevin Regan helps CPA Canada achieve its key objectives, and provides direction for governance and management of the organization.

Kevin joined the CPA Canada Board of Directors in September 2019.

He is currently a consultant for the Rural Municipality of East St. Paul, Manitoba and the Independent Acquisitions and Compliance Committee at KAI Asset Management Inc. 

Kevin retired in 2017 from a 31-year career with Investors Group and its parent company, IGM Financial Inc. He held various executive level positions within the firm, concluding his career as executive vice-president, Finance, and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Investors Group, he was an auditor for Clarkson Gordon.

He served on the CPA Manitoba Council (2015-2019) and the CA Manitoba Council (2009-2015).

Kevin has been active with the Winnipeg 2017 Canada Summer Games, on their board since 2014, and as a Games Legacy Trustee since 2018. He has also served on the boards of the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments, the Mutual Fund Dealers Association, along with its Investor Protection Corporation, and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet.
