Gabe has been recognized as one of Canada’s leading tax advisors by International Tax Review. CPA Canada has a valued voice in tax policy matters and continually takes the pulse of Canadians on tax matters through its committees, conferences and courses.

Gabe is a member of the CPA Canada/Canadian Bar Association Joint Committee on Taxation. He is a frequent speaker at tax conferences hosted by the Canadian Tax Foundation, CPA Ontario and CPA Canada.

Gabe is a past governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and a director on its executive committee. He also was a partner with KPMG from 1986 to 2011.

Gabe has 34 years of tax experience in a broad range of areas and is the author of numerous articles. His primary focus is on international tax and mergers and acquisitions.
