CPA Canada is seeking a dynamic, future-oriented vice-chair
In accordance with CPA Canada by-laws, the Nominating and Governance Committee has initiated a search for a vice-chair of the CPA Canada Board of Directors (“the Board”). The application period is now open.
The vice-chair, working directly with the chair, provides overall leadership to enhance the effectiveness of the Board.
The selected candidate will take office for the two-year period commencing immediately following the Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) in September 2023 and ending immediately after the AGM in September 2025.
Following this term, the vice-chair may become a nominee for board chair for the two-year period commencing immediately following the AGM in September 2025. Succession is not automatic, but customarily the vice-chair does become a candidate for chair. As such, candidates who can make a four-year commitment are sought.
