Further changes are needed to ease the filing burden of Form T1135, CPA Canada tells the federal ministers of National Revenue and Finance, in our latest show of support for the unprecedented concerns raised by the tax community.
Form T1135 has created significant challenges for taxpayers, tax preparers and members of the investment community. Although the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has made progress in relieving some of the filing burden, more needs to be done.
