Revenue Minister congratulates CPA Canada on unification

The Minister of National Revenue offers congratulations to CPA Canada on the recent unification of the accounting profession in Canada.

In a national media release, the Honourable Kerry-Lynne Findlay, Minister of National Revenue, congratulated CPA Canada’s recent merger of Canadian accounting professions. She also highlighted the importance of collaboration between the Canada Revenue Agency and tax professionals in maintaining the tax system’s integrity.

Minister Findlay says, “Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada is a knowledgeable and trusted voice in the administration of sound tax policy. We view CPA Canada as an important partner in our Government’s efforts to serve all Canadians through efficient administration of the country’s tax system.”
