From 1996 to 2010, the world produced an estimated 1,000 self-made billionaires, a study by UK think tank Centre for Policy Studies shows. It found these "SuperEntrepreneurs" are generally well educated and come from countries with low tax on capital gains, strongly enforced intellectual property laws and few barriers to doing business.
