Using a hands-on case study supported by an Excel model, this virtual classroom presents an approach to developing a thorough understanding of your operational cost drivers for improved planning and budgeting purposes.

The activity-based planning methodology used in this workshop is based on research published by the Consortium for Advanced Management – International (CAM-I) and is applicable to all industry sectors. The methodology supports an integrated resource management approach to developing predictive business models for future plan scenarios and budgets.
