In this live virtual classroom, facilitator Scott Powell dives into the key concepts of valuation, using a case study to demonstrate the important drivers of value when acquiring a company. You will also have the opportunity to participate and discuss different practical approaches to determining value, potential synergies, cash flow and more throughout the valuation process.
