Wayne Harvey

Wayne is a senior director of Gas Trading with Emera Energy Inc., with over 20 years of experience in the natural gas industry.

Throughout his career, Wayne has managed a large and diversified portfolio of transportation, storage, production and gas-fired generation. Wayne has worked for both producers and marketers creating structured products and trading strategies.

Wayne joined Emera Energy in 2008, and has developed and implemented Emera Energy’s Canadian Trading Desk. His expertise in the Canadian market has enabled Emera to grow its natural gas business throughout Canada, the U.S. Northeast and the Marcellus/Utica area.

Wayne graduated from the University of Calgary with a major in economics and a minor in business.
