Wade van Rooyen

Wade serves as a senior manager in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice and helps clients to deliver deal value by effectively executing the process of integrating or separating business units and functions at the time of a merger, acquisition or divestiture.

Wade is a seasoned consultant with 15 years’ professional services experience, advising on and executing projects in business transformations, M&A due diligence, integration and separation, start-ups, specialized audit and assurance, regulatory compliance, business planning and strategy. His industry experience spans financial services, manufacturing, automotive, construction, tourism, pharmaceutical and public sector.

Wade holds an MBA, a post graduate diploma in Business Management, and a B.Comm. Areas of specialty include strategic financial management, business management and law.

He is a keen traveller and enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, downhill skiing and water skiing.
