Uros Karadzic

Uros is a partner and the national leader of the Reward practice at Ernst & Young LLP in Toronto. As a pension actuary, his primary focus is in the areas of pension audit and internal audit; pension and benefit issues in merger and acquisition transactions; and ongoing advisory services on retirement benefit plans.

Uros has extensive experience in accounting for benefit plan obligations. He works with numerous audit teams, EY’s Professional practice (Canadian and Global), and industry bodies on benefit accounting issues. Uros is a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries task force for setting accounting discount rates, and the Public Sector Accounting Board’s Employee Benefits Task Force.
