Tui Allen

As Senior Director of Product Management for Blackbaud, Tui Allen leads the direction Blackbaud’s Fintech products, The Financial Edge NXT (fundaccounting), Blackbaud’s Payment Solutions and various other Fintech offerings. She has also supported several Strategic Corporate Development M&A Projects.

Tui has more than 15 years of experience in the Software and technology sector. Her work includes managing various global technology systems, strategy and process reengineering projects and working with several Fortune 100 companies, including AT&T, Comcast, and The Walt Disney Company. Before coming to Blackbaud, she worked as a manager for Ernst & Young (Capgemini), on the next generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Ticketing, Reservation, and Property Management Systems Integration project for the Walt Disney Company.

In addition to Tui’s professional experience, she is a mom of two boys, loves traveling, yoga, running, and spending time outside. She is also active within the community, volunteers frequently, serves on various diversity and leadership groups, and serves on the board of Engaging Creative Minds (ECM).
