Troy Elyea

Troy joined the transfer pricing group of PwC in Toronto in 2004. Prior to joining PwC, he worked for four years in the transfer pricing practice of a national public accounting firm and for one year as an economic consultant for a foreign-based public policy think-tank.

With over 16 years of transfer pricing experience, Troy has worked on transfer pricing projects for a broad variety of clients in the consumer and industrial products, automotive, information technology and telecommunications industries. Troy has assisted clients in cross-border tax planning and contemporaneous documentation for the transfer pricing of tangible goods transactions, management services and royalties. Troy’s dispute resolution experience includes audit defence, advanced pricing arrangements, competent authority assistance and guiding clients through the arbitration process.

Troy has assisted in the development of CPA Canada transfer pricing courses and has acted as a presenter and tutorial leader in the In-Depth Transfer Pricing course.
