Terry McKay

Terry is the EY performance improvement advisory leader for the Energy Segment Practice in Alberta, overseeing the operations of the Finance, Supply Chain, People & Organization Change, IT Advisory and Strategy teams. He also leads the Finance Consulting Practice for EY Canada and has 20 years of consulting experience with a primary emphasis on power utilities and oil and gas.

Terry has finance advisory experience working with clients to improve and transform their finance functions. In his previous projects, he assisted and led projects for process improvement, ERP implementations, shared services, financial close improvement and finance transformations.

Terry’s role has also included working closely with organizations to help implement practices that allow for increased cash control and savings in addition to cost reduction across the organization, including finance, procurement and operations.
