Steven Pasquill

As a delivery vice-president in Illumiti’s Canadian operations, who is also the industry principal for its mill products and industrial machinery components (IM&C) verticals, Steven is responsible for helping the company bring the best skills and resources to each project and ensuring each client’s satisfaction.

He has more than 25 years of business and IT experience as both a hands-on consultant and a senior executive, including more than 15 years of SAP implementation experience as an HR/payroll consultant, project manager, delivery executive and practice lead.

Most recently, Steven was the Illumiti executive responsible for the successful delivery of two large end-to-end SAP projects – one in mill products, and a second in IM&C verticals.

Steven began his career as a business and IT professional specializing in HR, benefits, payroll, environment, and health and safety in the utility sector. Through his career, he has held various roles at KPMG/Bearingpoint (managing director leading the PeopleSoft and SAP practice), Brookfield RPS (senior vice-president of process and technology), HCL Axon (delivery executive and country lead) and RBC (SAP program risk management lead), developing expertise in business transformation, organization change management, software development, package implementation, integration technologies, IT operations and outsourcing.

Over the course of his career, Steven has led teams ranging in size from 10 to 200+ on a diverse set of projects spanning many industry verticals, including professional services, mill products, distribution, IM&C, field services, utilities (electrical, gas and well servicing), telecommunication, mining, high tech, financial services (banking, investment services and real estate), government (federal, provincial, and municipal), and rail.
