Shane Onufrechuk

Shane is a partner, Tax at KPMG LLP. Shane specializes in Canadian corporate tax, with an emphasis on public-private partnership (PPP) project finance structuring, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and tax advisory services for other professionals. Shane chairs the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC) Professional Development Taxation Program Advisory Group and the CPABC Taxation Forum. Shane has, for many years, been involved in teaching and course development for the CPABC professional development program, CPA Western School of Business and the Sauder School of Business.
