Sarah Hughes

Sarah is a transfer pricing senior manager on the PwC Toronto team. Over the past nine years, she has been a key team member on planning, audit defence, documentation and transfer pricing execution projects across numerous industries, with a focus on the financial services sector. As part of PwC’s transfer pricing practice, she has contributed to the team’s learning and development initiatives, including delivery of training both internally and for key clients. Sarah is also a member of PwC’s value chain transformation practice, with a focus on supply chain and intangible property restructuring. Sarah has also assisted clients in obtaining advance pricing arrangements, both unilateral and bilateral, in numerous industries.
