Sandra Oliver

Industry leader Sandra Oliver launched Sandra Oliver Consulting — now Impact-Coaches Inc. — in 2003. With a professional background including 20 years of experience coaching senior executives and 17 years in corporate HR leadership roles across North America, she set out to create a coaching business that large corporate clients would recognize as distinctive in this competitive industry. She also knew she could attract top-notch coaches. Today's laser-focused Impact delivers on all fronts.

A sought-after speaker, Sandra also shares her expertise by writing articles for industry publications like CareerVision and financial publications like the former CA Magazine.

Sandra holds a BA in Organizational Behaviour (University of Western Ontario), a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (University of Toronto) and an MBA (Ivey School of Business). She has also been honoured in the annual PROFIT/Chatelaine ranking of Canada's Top Female Entrepreneurs, catapulting from 77th place in 2013 to 47th place in 2014 and 38th in 2015.

Sandra was formerly a chair of the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Toronto and helped completely turn around this organization that serves 1,300 underprivileged women and 800 men. She is now focusing her efforts as chair of the honorary board.
