Salvatore M. Badali

Sal is a partner in the Toronto office of Odgers Berndtson. He specializes in executive and board search.

Sal holds an MBA from York University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), and is a recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal for service to the community. In 2015, he was awarded the Lieutenant Governor’s Distinguished Service Award.

Sal is a governor of the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), member of the Board of Directors of Canada World Youth and Ballet Jorgen, past chair of the Board of Trustees of the ROM, former chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the former Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and former member of the Board of Directors of Canada’s National Ballet School.  Previously, Sal also served on the boards of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, the Orthopaedic & Arthritic Hospital and the George R. Gardiner Museum of Ceramic Art.
