Rosemary McGuire

Rosemary oversees the development of CPA Canada’s research, guidance, thought leadership and other resources related to external reporting matters. This includes support for International Financial Reporting Standards; Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises; beyond GAAP reporting and corporate performance indicators; regulatory reporting requirements (including Management’s Discussion and Analysis); and emerging issues such as climate disclosure, sustainability reporting and integrated reporting. In particular, she is focused on shaping the future of reporting in Canada and globally.
